Hos Abbot Kinney’s gör vi goda, vegetabiliska produkter av de allra bästa ingredienserna. Det smakar bäst, och är näringsrikt.

Våra produkter är gjorda av de bästa ingredienserna som vi kunde hitta. Srilankesisk kokosmjölk, till exempel, Tuono mandlar från Sicilien eller Alfonso mangor från Indien.

Vi använder så få ingredienser som möjligt, aldrig onaturliga tillsättningar och vi gör vårt bästa för producera på ett ansvarsfullt sätt.

Om Abbot Kinney’s

Innerst inne vet vi alla att växtbaserade mejeriprodukter är vägen framåt. Sedan 2014 har det varit Abbot Kinney’s huvudsakliga syfte att göra detta bättre val godare. Vi erbjuder ett brett sortiment med växtbaserad yoghurt och glass som bevis på att växtbaserade mejeriprodukter, förutom att vara mer hållbara, djurvänliga och nyttiga, även kan vara otroligt goda.

En av de största utmaningarna i vår tid är övergången till ett hållbart livsmedelssystem. Slutmålet är att hitta en modell för en ekonomi utan global uppvärmning, djurs lidande och utnyttjande av människor. Det är Abbot Kinney’s mål att bidra till denna övergång genom att sätta en ny standard och göra ”vanliga” mejeriprodukter till andrahandsalternativet.

Sträva efter framsteg, inte perfektion

Kunskap och medvetenhet kommer så småningom att förändra hur mänskligheten äter. Men vi älskar vår planet för mycket för att spela en passiv roll i denna plågsamt långsamma omvandling. Vi tror att vi kan göra störst inverkan genom att väcka nyfikenheten för god mat. Därför startade Abbot Kinney’s innehållsetiketten ”Good food tastes better”.

Med hjälp av ett expertteam kommer vi att undersöka vad god mat innebär. Vilka ”kvalifikationer” den måste uppfylla, ur såväl en etisk, hållbar och nyttig synvinkel. Vi kommer att titta på vår nuvarande relation med god mat och hur vi kan förbättra den.

Lover of food, adventure and getting along with everyone, Gijs is a real ‘Brabander’. That’s why he looks after all things sales strategy and logistics related. Gijs also enjoys a good game of tennis, a speciality beer and making his own kimchi, which if you haven’t tried it, is a Korean dish made from fermented cabbage and vegetables.

Quirine is our star when it comes to creating content for both off- and online communication. She’ll keep you up-to-date about everything new and exciting you need to know about Abbot Kinney’s, but also the latest developments in the plant-based food scene. Besides her work for Abbot Kinney’s, she runs her own vegan blog, loves to travel the world and can be found on a festival every now and then.

Continuous improvement is the motto of Niels. This applies both to the quality of existing products and processes, as the development of new and surprising flavors. "Organic" and "natural" are, of course, key words for “making the world great again.” During the rare moments Niels isn’t busy with yoghurt or ice, he is probably in the gym or compensating this by drinking a beer (or two)!.

Doing research in the category plant-based dairy alternatives is whats keeping Anne busy at Abbot Kinney's. She is an enthusiastic student in her final year of the study Food Commerce and Technology. Developing new and especially tasty plant-based alternatives is Chiara's daily passion. Her focus is to create an idea to an edible product that does not lose sight of taste, nutrition, sustainability and trends. If she’s not testing new products in L'Abb (ot) Kinney’s she’s in her free time busy with everything that’s involved food: cooking, exploring new hot spots and cuisines or write about it.

Floortje

Floortje is a real connector. Both within Abbot Kinney's and beyond, she likes to build relationships and that can be used very well in her role as International Sales Manager. Born and raised in Zeeland, Floortje can often be found on the beach. She also likes to get on her cycling bike or yoga mat, she loves cooking and music, and she spends a lot of time with friends and family.
