Almond Start breakie & tahin granola
Serves 1 | prep time 8 min
Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp Abbot Kinney’s Almond Start
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp tahin granola
- handful blueberries
- 1 pear, in pieces
- orange peel, to taste
- fresh mint, garnish
- You’ll need: a jar
Instructions:
- Mix the Almond Start together with the chia seeds. Set aside.
- Take a nice jar and spoon in, 2 tablespoons of tahin granola. Cut a few blueberries in half and press the inside against the inner sides of the jar.
- Pour the chia-Almond Start into the jar and add the pear, blueberries and 2 tablespoons of granola. Dress with the orange peel and some mint leaves.
