Chez Abbot Kinney’s, on crée des produits à base des plantes avec les meilleurs ingrédients. C’est bon et sain en plus d’être nutritif.

Nos produits sont créés à partir des meilleurs ingrédients qu’on a pu trouver. Les ingredients que nous utilisons sont, par exemple, le lait de coco Sri-Lankais, des amandes Tuono de Sicile et des mangues Alphonso d’Inde.

Nous voulons garder nos produits les plus naturels possible. Pour cela nous n’utilisons pas d’additif non naturel et notre production respecte l’environment.

Fin gastronome, aventurier et très sociable, Gijs est un vrai “Brabander”. C’est pourquoi il est en charge de la stratégie commerciale et logistique de la marque. Dans sa vie privée, Gijs aime le tennis, la bières artisanales et produit son kimchi (si vous ne connaissez pas il s’agit de choux et de légumes fermentés, typiquement coréen).

Jimme is a Burgundian, auditor and natural-born entrepreneur in that precise order. Hungry, well organised and adventured, he’s in charge of all things finance and operations. Jimme likes to spend his free time sailing, ice skating and cycling. A true Dutchman if ever there was one.

Quirine

Quirine is our star when it comes to creating content for both off- and online communication. She’ll keep you up-to-date about everything new and exciting you need to know about Abbot Kinney’s, but also the latest developments in the plant-based food scene. Besides her work for Abbot Kinney’s, she runs her own vegan blog, loves to travel the world and can be found on a festival every now and then.

Margreet likes to dot the I’s and cross the T’s when it comes to administration, planning and logistics, there is not a single detail that escapes her attention. When she’s not busy with Abbot Kinney’s, she’s drinking a good cup of coffee and she’s always up for going out for a good glass of wine.

Niels

Continuous improvement is the motto of Niels. This applies both to the quality of existing products and processes, as the development of new and surprising flavors. "Organic" and "natural" are, of course, key words for “making the world great again.” During the rare moments Niels isn’t busy with yoghurt or ice, he is probably in the gym or compensating this by drinking a beer (or two)!

Anne-Marit is our most creative member and can draw and design like no other. When she’s not studying packaging at supermarkets, you’ll find Anne-Marit cooking, enjoying good food or hanging out at a festival or two.

Kalu focuses on the French organic market and new business development; which is part of this master degree (Globalisation and international trade). Besides his studies he likes to listen to rapper Kendrick Lamar, but jazz and country is also good ;). It is always fun with this gentleman, because he can make jokes like the best.

Chiara

Developing new and especially tasty plant-based alternatives is Chiara's daily passion. Her focus is to create an idea to an edible product that does not lose sight of taste, nutrition, sustainability and trends. If she’s not testing new products in L'Abb (ot) Kinney’s she’s in her free time busy with everything that’s involved food: cooking, exploring new hot spots and cuisines or write about it.

Audrey's mission is to conquer France, she loves meeting bloggers, press, costumers and brands to present them our delicious products. Appart from her job at Abbot Kinney's she likes to wake-up with an energising workout, enjoys traveling and wandering in the beautiful Amsterdam.

Floortje

Floortje is a real connector. Both within Abbot Kinney's and beyond, she likes to build relationships and that can be used very well in her role as International Sales Manager. Born and raised in Zeeland, Floortje can often be found on the beach. She also likes to get on her cycling bike or yoga mat, she loves cooking and music, and she spends a lot of time with friends and family.
