Ingredients
Smoothie part
- 1 big frozen banana
- 75 g frozen blackberries
- 200 g frozen avocado
- 2 tbsp acai powder
- 1 tbsp wheat grass powder
- ½ tbsp. cinnamon
- Almond milk 500 ml
- 2 tbsp Abbot Kinney’s Almond Start
Topping
- Home made granola
- ½ banana, sliced
- Fig
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions
- Put all ingredients from the smoothie part into a blender and pulse until silky and there are no lumps left.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and dress with granola, banana, fig and a big spoon of almond butter.
- Left over portions can be stored in the freezer until needed again. Take it out of the freezer at least 1 hour before you want to eat it.
