Almond Start toasted overnight oats with Pip & Nut Almond Butter


  • ½ tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • ½ orange, zest
  • 5 tbsp Almond Start
  • ½ mango, sliced
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 tbsp Pip & Nut Coconut Almond Butter


  1. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan on low heat and add the oats, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  2. Let it toast for around 3 minutes while stirring frequently.
  3. Take a small bowl and mix together the toasted oats, goji berries, chia seeds, flax seeds, orange zest and the Almond Start.
  4. Move the mixture into a jar (airtight) and let it sit in the fridge overnight, or at least for 2 hours.
  5. Take a bowl and add the overnight oats. Dress with the mango, passion fruit and a spoon of the delicious Pip & Nut Coconut Almond Butter.
