Toast 2 ways

Smashed banana & Almond Start spread | serves 2

  • 2 slices of  corn bread, roasted
  • 1 big banana, smashed
  • 1 tbsp Abbot Kinney’s Almond Start
  • Flax seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Almond butter
  • Almond flakes, roasted

Smashed avocado & Coco Start spread | serves 2

  • 2 slices of corn bread, roasted
  • 1 ripe avocado, smashed
  • 1 tbsp Abbot Kinney’s Coco Start
  • Raw cacao nibs
  • Dried shredded coconut
  • Peanuts, roasted and crushed

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread.
  2. Mix together in a bowl, the smashed banana or avocado with the Abbot Kinney’s yoghurt.
  3. Garnish with toppings to taste!
