Smoothie bowl Almond Start

Serves 3-4 | prep time 12 min


Smoothie part

  • 1 big frozen banana
  • 75 g frozen blackberries
  • 200 g frozen avocado
  • 2 tbsp acai powder
  • 1 tbsp wheat grass powder
  • ½ tbsp. cinnamon
  • Almond milk 500 ml
  • 2 tbsp Abbot Kinney’s Almond Start


  • Home made granola
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • Fig
  • 1 tbsp almond butter


  1. Put all ingredients from the smoothie part into a blender and pulse until silky and there are no lumps left.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and dress with granola, banana, fig and a big spoon of almond butter.
  3. Left over portions can be stored in the freezer until needed again. Take it out of the freezer at least 1 hour before you want to eat it.
